30teracyte: chun doesnt have any safe specials to end blockstrings (without spending drive). a few times in the corner i was autopiloting into heavy fireball, but that leaves me -6 and I was definitely not far enough to be safe
30teracyte: also like adam was saying, you can mash if you think the stance overhead is coming: there’s a 19 frame gap in the blockstring I was doing, so you could basically fit in any button you want. Stance in general is pretty weak to mashing: I do have stance lp to beat 4 frames but it’s so stubby that it will usually whiff if you don’t press anything.
