PMAvers: The symbols on the chimera won't matter after the first turn, that's just first turn setup.

Mai_Andra: guarding defends a unit, blocking defends the phoenixborn. countering is required in both cases, but is optional if the unit that was targeted takes the attack.

PMAvers: At least every time you're killing aspects you're slowly moving towards winning instead of just stemming the bleeding.
Damon_1977: If you pass and there are face down aspects, the chimera would gain a crystal. You're safe for now, but this is an often overlooked rule.
PMAvers: They won't counter when exhausted.
